I Think if people want safety, then this is what we all have to deal with...however, i also agree sometimes the procedures are quite invasive...but is a must ... i often wonder how many lives could have been saved on 911 if these screens were as today...im certain each and everyone of those victims of that horrible day would gladly submit to these screens if they had a choice....its not a question of acting cowardly,..its being wise and learning from our past and realizing that there are many people that wish to do us harm.

Mr. Ingram, I think you are a very wise man and I tend to agree with you on most issues. This is definitely not one of them however.

While I'm all for keeping our country safe and for respecting authority, our country would not exist if it weren't for people taking a stand against what they knew was improper treatment from the governing authorities.

The TSA and the government in general is not treating it's citizens properly by giving a full on criminal-like frisking just because they want to fly domestically... not even internationally mind you.

The TSA needs to become more pro-active and train proper "security agents" (not just guards) to head off TRUE threats.

TSA, quit playing catch up and invading our right to privacy (Young Boy strip searched by TSA: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSQTz1bccL4) and become a REAL Security Agency.

Ben Franklin did not fly in confined spaces with terrorists 35,000 feet up in the air.

Seriously, when will u stop preaching to us. It's very annoying...especially when u r wrong, which is often.

I would just like to point out something that a very wise man once said: "They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety." -Benjamin Franklin

It makes me sad to think that the same nation that once stood up bravely to the world as a rising sign of personal freedom has been reduced to a panicked scramble of pat-downs in a broken system of "security".
